এই ওয়েবসাইটটি পরিচালনা করছে Tazij Food, যা খাদ্য, বেকারি, ফার্মেসি ও নিত্যপ্রয়োজনীয় সামগ্রী সরবরাহের জন্য কাজ করে। নিচের শর্তাবলী (“Terms &
Conditions”) আপনাদের এবং আমাদের ব্যবসায়িক সম্পর্কের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
১. পরিচিতি
“Tazij
Food” বলতে বুঝানো হবে আমাদের ব্যবসা এবং আমাদের পরিচালিত ওয়েবসাইট ও অ্যাপ্লিকেশন। “আপনি” বলতে বোঝানো হবে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারকারী বা আমাদের গ্রাহক।
২. অর্ডার করা ও ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী
- ওয়েবসাইট বা অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার দিলে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে একমত হন।
- অর্ডার করার সময় আপনার দেওয়া তথ্য সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ হতে হবে। ভুল তথ্য দিলে অর্ডার বাতিল বা বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
- অর্ডার শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের জন্য, পুনঃবিক্রয় বা ব্যবসায়িক উদ্দেশ্যে নয়।
৩. পণ্য ও মূল্য
- পণ্যের দাম ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া দাম অনুসারে এবং মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে পূর্বতক কোন নোটিশ ছাড়াই।
- পণ্যের ছবি এবং বর্ণনা সরাসরি পণ্যের প্রকৃত রূপের প্রতিনিধিত্ব নাও করতে পারে, তাই অর্ডার করার আগে সাবধানতা অবলম্বন করুন।
- পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা এবং ডেলিভারি এলাকার উপর ভিত্তি করে অর্ডার কার্যকর হবে।
৪. পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি
- আমরা গ্রাহকদের জন্য বিভিন্ন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করি যেমন: ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, অনলাইন পেমেন্ট (ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড), Mobile Financial Services
(bKash, Nagad ইত্যাদি)।
- অনলাইন পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখতে আপনার তথ্য এনক্রিপ্টেড থাকবে।
- পেমেন্ট সফল না হলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হবে।
৫. ডেলিভারি নীতি
- ডেলিভারি সময় আনুমানিক এবং পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- নির্দিষ্ট ঠিকানায় পণ্য পৌঁছানোর দায়িত্ব আপনার। পণ্য গ্রহণে ব্যর্থ হলে অর্ডার বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
- ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্যের গুণগত মান ও অবস্থা যাচাই করুন। ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে অবিলম্বে আমাদের জানান।
৬. অর্ডার বাতিল, রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
- অর্ডার প্লেস করার পর দ্রুত বাতিলের জন্য আমাদের জানান।
- পণ্যের অনুপস্থিতি বা স্টক আউট হলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করে টাকা ফেরত দেব।
- ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য প্রাপ্ত হলে রিটার্ন নীতি অনুযায়ী ফেরত দেওয়ার সুযোগ রয়েছে।
- খাদ্যদ্রব্য ও ফার্মেসি পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে বিশেষ বিধি থাকলে তা অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
৭. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
- আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
- আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য কারো সাথে শেয়ার করবেন না এবং অবৈধ কার্যকলাপে ব্যবহার করবেন না।
৮. বৌদ্ধিক সম্পত্তি
- ওয়েবসাইটের সকল কনটেন্ট (ছবি, টেক্সট, লোগো ইত্যাদি) আমাদের মালিকানা। অনুমতি ব্যতীত কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘন নিষিদ্ধ।

১২. শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন
- আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার রাখি। ওয়েবসাইটে পরিবর্তনের তারিখ দেখে আপনারা নিয়মিত আপডেট চেক করবেন।
