Pharmacology:
Tadalafil selectively inhibits phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), enhancing cGMP levels to relax smooth muscle and improve blood flow.
Dosage:
Typically 5 mg once daily, dose adjustment per physician's recommendation.
Administration:
Oral administration, with or without food.
Interaction:
Avoid concurrent use with nitrates, alpha-blockers, and some antifungals or antibiotics.
Contraindications:
